Product Reliability Issues
Some reviewers have experienced reliability issues with Saxby lighting products, with several instances of products failing within a short period of use. Grant Goodwin reported that two out of three downlighters failed within a year, while Ben Pearce experienced a failure with one of his "marine grade" spotlights within a month. Carl Ayres also had an issue with a Saxby Eco brick light, which had a poorly designed lamp holder that blocked half the light output.
