Do I need a referral to book treatment?
Most treatments require a referral from a general dentist, though orthodontics, hygiene, and teeth whitening can be booked directly.
What emergency services are available?
Registered patients can contact our on-call dentist via 0131 334 1802 for emergencies related to ongoing treatment. Non-registered patients may be accommodated during office hours.
Are payment plans available?
We accept debit cards, BACS transfers, and dental insurance. Unfortunately, we don't offer in-house financing but can discuss payment arrangements during consultations.
Do you treat children?
Yes, we provide orthodontic assessments for children from age six and hygiene services following individual assessments.
What sedation options exist for nervous patients?
We offer conscious sedation administered by specialist anaesthetists to ensure comfort during complex procedures or for anxious patients.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via phone. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the treatment cost.
