Services
Reroofing
Our reroofing service addresses worn, leaking, or structurally compromised roofs with durable slate, tile, or composite materials. Ideal for properties requiring full restoration, this service ensures energy efficiency and longevity while maintaining aesthetic harmony with your home. We handle all aspects, including scaffolding, waste removal, and ventilation upgrades, guaranteeing a seamless transition to a secure, weatherproof roof.
Chimney Repair
Specialising in chimney repair, we tackle issues from repointing to full stack rebuilds using traditional techniques and materials. Our services prevent leaks and structural damage, ensuring safety and compliance. We assess adjacent roof features during repairs, offering coordinated solutions for flashing renewal or capping disused chimneys.
Fibreglass Roofs
Fibreglass (GRP) roofs provide a seamless, waterproof solution for dormers, porches, and extensions. Our installations resist UV exposure, frost, and foot traffic, requiring minimal maintenance. We ensure precise detailing and proper drainage, integrating these systems with existing rooflines for a polished, durable finish.
Gutter Replacement
Modern PVCu gutter systems installed by RM Contracts prevent water damage through efficient rainwater management. We replace outdated or damaged gutters with durable, low-maintenance solutions, ensuring proper alignment and integration with fascias and soffits to protect your propertys structural integrity.
Dormer Loft Conversions
Transform unused loft space into functional rooms with our dormer conversions. We manage structural design, roofing, and finishing, ensuring compliance with building regulations. Our solutions maximise light and headroom while blending seamlessly with your homes existing architecture.
