After the cafe closed, the business evolved, and the outside catering business was born, originally under the name Colver's. The business then transferred to Mark's mother in the late 1960s, and the name was changed to Greenaway's Catering. Mark trained in several prestigious hotels in the 1970s and 1980s, including The Allesley and Sparrow Hall Hotels, before taking over the family business. For over 25 years, we have been dedicated to creating delicious and inspired dishes using only the freshest ingredients, emphasizing taste, quality, and value for money.
