Brad Harvey, Founder and Director of Senior Property Associates, has over two decades of experience in the property industry, with a background that includes Partnerships at Chesterton and Colliers CRE. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has worked extensively in the senior property market.

Simon Rohleder, Consultant to Senior Property Associates, brings over three decades of experience in the property industry, having worked for Rohleder Lumby and advised on over 300 million of property transactions in the UK, with a focus on the senior property sector.

Our Story

Senior Property Associates was formed in 2018, building upon the expertise and experience accumulated while working at Rohleder Lumby. Since then, the business has advised on numerous senior property projects, including integrated retirement communities, age-restricted retirement developments, care homes with a mix of dementia, nursing, and residential beds, and medical centres.
