Built in 2007, our 23,203 square foot building has been designed to provide a professional and comfortable environment for our tenants. Our modern building, situated on the north side of Perth, just off the A9, offers unparalleled serviced office accommodation with ample parking.

Our on-site facilities include fully equipped kitchens, toilets, and communal areas.
Our meeting rooms are available for hire on a daily or half-daily basis, Monday to Friday. We have a range of rooms to suit your needs, from our largest room, the Tay Conference Room, which can seat up to 40 people theatre-style, to our smaller meeting rooms, perfect for more intimate gatherings. We also offer a full catering service, using our own in-house cafe, to ensure that your event is a success.
