The whole process was very smooth and even when we had a change of plan due to restrictions Elissa was able to substitute our table plan which we no longer needed for a welcome sign instead. To be honest we really did not know what we wanted at first, but Elissa had such a wealth of experience and a listening ear that she helped us to realise what style we wanted and created a bespoke design just for us! The communication was excellent throughout and everything was ready and delivered within timescale - seeing the initial designs was one thing, but seeing all of the invites and orders of service lined up so neat and precise was really quite special, and we were excited to hear the reaction of our guests when they saw them for the first time.

Elissa took on her booking even now she was fully booked the quality of material and card was first class. she made the whole process less stressful and had it all done with time to spare.we even ordered a lovely ornate mirror frame for are table plan it looked amazing can't thank you enough.

Fiona Craig: We wanted someone local to do our wedding stationary as I felt it would be easier to communicate exactly what information we wanted to have on there if we could talk in person. However after initial contact, we went on to set up a zoom meeting - time and date suggested by Elissa and she seemed keen to get started on our order. The meeting came around and she was a no show, so I emailed to find out what had happened and why she didn't come to the meeting.
Scientific Sue: We were really happy with the invites. however with covid restrictions lifting we found we could invite more friends. Elissa is now too busy to do 4 more. Very disappointed
