How can I participate in your auctions?
Bid online via our website or third-party platforms, by telephone, or in-person at our Thurcroft saleroom. Registration is required for online bidding.
What commission rates do you charge sellers?
We charge 18.5% commission plus 1.5% insurance on sold items, with a £5 lotting fee regardless of sale outcome.
Do you offer valuation services?
Yes, free valuations are available by appointment at our saleroom or via email/WhatsApp with item photographs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cash, and card payments (debit/credit up to £200 limit) for purchased items.
How are purchased items delivered?
Collect in person by appointment or use our packing/shipping service via Parcel Force. Framed items and large objects cannot be posted.
What are your working hours?
Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Auction viewings are available Friday before sales by appointment.
