PJD Construction is an accredited ECO4 provider, delivering first-class construction and maintenance services driven by a relentless focus on quality. The Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is a government programme for energy efficiency, and ECO4 is the fourth phase of the programme, set to run from 2022 to 2026. The programme aims to combat fuel poverty and contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions.

Management

PJD Construction is managed by Patrick J Doherty, who has over 20 years' experience in the construction and maintenance industry. He has successfully managed the development of over 350 residential units through to successful completion and has been the lead contractor on major works throughout Ireland and the UK. Patrick holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Ulster.

PJD Construction is accredited by the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme, the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is available to suppliers (those who provide goods and services) and to organisations (buyers) looking for suitably competent suppliers. The Safe Contractor scheme provides a health and safety audit service for contractors who want to reassure their clients that health and safety standards are being met.
