At R & J Farrow Ltd, we take pride in being a family-run business that has been serving the community for over 40 years. Our parents first established the business, and our father delivered his first skip in 1972. Since then, the business has developed year on year, and we are now run by his two sons. We have grown from a small site in Harmby, Leyburn to a large, fully licensed waste transfer facility in Brompton on Swale, Catterick.

We are focused on recycling, ensuring as little of your waste as possible is sent to landfill. During a typical month, we process around 25 tonnes of waste, only 5% of which goes to landfill. The other 95% is sent on to further licensed facilities throughout Yorkshire and beyond for recovery and re-use. We work closely with the Environment Agency, ensuring we are fully compliant with regulations and up to date with new developments.
