Our Homes

Poor Working Conditions and Lack of Interaction
I worked at Wingfield nursing home for a few months. The all-night staff slept, and clients were often left in bed until 7 am to finish their jobs. Clients were not provided with sufficient stimulation, making it a miserable place to work. It's a place I would never recommend.
Excellent Service and Care
Last week, I called the home with queries about my grandma. I spoke to Claire, who was very professional, polite, and helpful. She dealt with my queries efficiently and showed great care. Thank you, Claire.
Exceptional Care and Compassion
My mother-in-law received exceptional care and compassion during her stay at Wingfield nursing home. The staff and nursing team went above and beyond to ensure her dignity and respect were maintained. We highly recommend this care home to anyone seeking quality care.
Insufficient Staff and Poor Quality of Life
Residents are well cared for, but there are not enough staff. This leads to residents being left unsupervised and without much interaction. The food is also substandard, consisting of processed meals. Despite the hardworking staff, I would not choose to work there or place a relative in this home.
