Our History
a1 Security Home Counties (UK) Ltd was established in 1995, and since then, we have grown to become a privately owned company with an enviable reputation for integrity and reliability. In 2005, we created a1 Training as a division of a1 Security to ensure that all our staff comply with the new Private Security Industry Act 2001, which requires all front-line security officers to hold a licence. We are proud to hold SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) status for the provision of Security Guarding and Key Holding, and we have achieved an extremely high score in our audit, putting us in the top 10% of security providers in the UK.
