We operate with advanced multi-axis CNC sliding head lathes and utilize our expertise to consistently deliver exceptional components across a diverse range of industries.

• Turning: Precise machining of complex geometries from ferrous, non-ferrous, and exotic materials up to 32mm in diameter and 600mm in length.
• Multitasking: Simultaneous multi-axis interpolation for enhanced efficiency and accuracy in complex machining processes.
• Threading: Internal and external threading, both conventional and unconventional, ensuring perfect thread quality.
• Milling & Drilling: High-precision milling and drilling, including deep hole gun drilling and high-speed pressure through-coolant drilling.
• Forming: Creating intricate shapes through processes like roller burnishing, slotting, and radial/angular milling.
