Our founder, Maninder Bharj Payne, holds a BSc (Hons) and MRCop HCPC Reg I, and graduated with an upper second class honours from the University of Northampton. We prioritise preventive strategies, aiming to improve patients quality of life through early detection and treatment of foot conditions. Our podiatrists are fully registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council and are members of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists. We deliver routine podiatry, including toenail care, ingrown nail removal, callus and corn treatment, and verruca management.

Our specialised biomechanical assessments and gait analysis help treat sports injuries and postural abnormalities with precision. We also focus on paediatric foot disorders through the discipline of podopeadiatrics, ensuring healthy development in children. Our commitment to continuous professional development is evidenced by participation in RCOP courses and the publication of research in peerreviewed journals. Services
Routine Podiatry
Routine Podiatry offers essential foot health maintenance, including toenail trimming, ingrown nail treatment, callus and corn removal, and verruca care. It targets patients of all ages, from young athletes to the elderly, ensuring pain relief and improved mobility. By addressing common foot issues promptly, we prevent complications and promote longterm wellbeing.
Biomechanical Assessments
Biomechanical Assessments examine foot structure and gait patterns to identify underlying causes of pain and dysfunction. Using advanced imaging and pressure mapping, we tailor interventions that enhance biomechanical efficiency and reduce injury risk. Our detailed reports guide footwear choices, orthotic prescriptions, and targeted exercise regimes for lasting relief.
Home Visits
Home Visits provide convenient, personalised podiatry care for patients unable to travel to our clinic. Our registered chiropodists assess and treat foot conditions in the comfort of your home, ensuring continuity of care. We bring specialised equipment and a thorough assessment protocol, allowing timely intervention and improving patient outcomes.
Podopeadiatrics
Podopeadiatrics specialises in diagnosing and managing paediatric foot disorders, ensuring healthy development in children and adolescents. We assess structural abnormalities, footwear issues, and growthrelated problems to provide early intervention. By collaborating with parents and schools, we offer education and treatment plans that support active lifestyles for young patients.
