What documents do I need to hire a van?
You'll need a valid driving licence, a recent official letter confirming your address, and a DVLA Licence Check Code. Bookings made on weekends require a 20% deposit payment.
What is included in the hire price?
Our hire price includes insurance, VAT, AA breakdown recovery, and up to 200 miles per day. Fuel costs are charged based on the vehicle's return condition.
Can I return the van outside normal hours?
Standard return time is 5:00pm. We offer early morning drop-off between 7:30am and 8:00am if pre-arranged with our staff due to security concerns.
What deposit is required?
A £250 refundable deposit is required, payable by credit or debit card. This will be returned once the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
