Disastrous Experience at Calder Vets
If I could give them no stars I would! Avoid Calder vets at all cost! They discarded our Bella's ashes bc their staff has poor communication! This could've been avoided on several accounts as it was confirmed twice by receptionist that we wanted a private cremation but instead she was put in communal and never returned home to us! What they've done is absolutely unacceptable and heart breaking to say the least. Then to offer to send flowers or even an empty ash box. disgusting! Do not trust your loved ones to Calder! Avoid them and pass this vital info on as no one needs to go
