Our Valuations are recommended for shared ownership, probate, or matrimonial split, and are carried out by our RICS Registered Valuer.

Meet Our Team

Our team is led by Chris Clark, a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in residential and commercial surveys and valuations. Chris is an RICS Registered Valuer and has a wide range of expertise, including dilapidation and condition schedules, and expert witness and party wall appointments. Des Ely, our commercial specialist, has over 50 years of experience in valuation, rent review, and lease renewal work. Together, they form a formidable team, dedicated to providing expert advice and guidance to our clients.
