Unsatisfactory Experience
Caroline Bruce's experience with JandC Joiners was marred by poor workmanship. She had used the joiner before with no issues but this time, they installed a TV wall bracket that caused her TV to fall off the wall just minutes after they left. The joiner blamed her, saying it was the wrong bracket, but an independent assessment revealed that it was actually the wrong fixtures for a plasterboard wall. Caroline was left to replace her TV and replaster the wall, feeling ignored and disregarded by the company.
Excellent Workmanship
In contrast, Alan Giles had a positive experience with JandC Joiners. He hired Chris from the company to level his kitchen floor, which had become uneven after he and a friend laid new panels without securing them. Chris arrived on time and completed the job to a high standard, not only levelling the kitchen floor but also matching it to the adjacent hallway. Alan was extremely satisfied with the work and would recommend JandC Joiners to anyone.
