Our Services

At Aercomp, we offer a comprehensive range of services tailored to your requirements. Our core capabilities include milling, turning, and inspection, with the latest technology and equipment at our disposal to ensure precision and quality in every component we produce.

• Milling: We operate 3 and 4 axis mills and stock tooling suitable for a variety of materials, including nickel superalloys and stainless steels. Our mills are fitted with 4th axis tables, allowing us to accommodate even the most complex geometries.
• Turning: Our Daewoo Puma machines provide twin spindle and drill/mill capabilities, ensuring quick turnaround times and high-quality results for our turning operations.
• Inspection: Our fully-equipped inspection facility includes two CMMs (Axiom too) and a broad range of manual equipment for dimensional and surface finish measurements. First article inspections are conducted as an inclusive service, and can be done to AS9102B or customer specification.
• Special Processes: We maintain strong relationships with local and national special process houses, enabling us to provide a full manufacturing service. Our approved suppliers offer a variety of Nadcap accredited special processes, including surface treatments and NDT.
• CAD/CAM: Utilising the OneCNC CAD/CAM package, we can visualise finished parts and simulate the machining process, optimising for manufacture and minimising costly rework or rejection.

In addition to these core services, we offer value-added services such as packing, labelling, and SPEC2000 labelling according to your procedures and branding. We can also maintain reserved stock and despatch on-demand, ensuring a seamless and efficient supply chain for your business.
