Poor Customer Service and Scam Concerns
Many customers have reported receiving incorrect items, having difficulty with returns, and facing issues with customer service. Donna Rowland, for example, received the wrong item and was unable to get a response from the company, leading her to label them as a "scam." Similarly, Dianne Bayliss had issues with returns and communication, advising others to "avoid at all costs."
Returns and Refunds Issues
Numerous customers have experienced problems with returns and refunds. Pippa Jennings, who had a similar experience on Amazon, suggested reporting such companies to trading standards. Pamela Senior received a refund of only 1p for a pair of Wellington boots she returned, despite her requests for a full refund. Terry Gregory had an issue with a size discrepancy in trousers and was refused an exchange due to their 30-day return rule.
Delivery Issues and Lack of Accountability
Kaz Watts is still awaiting delivery of a hi-vis jacket and has been unable to cancel the order. N. F. had a jacket lost in the post twice and believes the company is a scam. Chika Anisiobi never received her school pumps and has not received a refund.
Unhelpful Customer Service
Rob Davies was sent the wrong item and was asked to pay for return postage, which was refused to be refunded even after providing proof. Miranda Watts had a terrible experience with the company, stating they consistently fail to supply ordered items and refuse refunds or replacements.
Refund Issues and Unpleasant Communication
Sheila Rial received a refund of only 1p for a returned item and was told nothing had been sent back despite proof. Andrew Bell had a terrible experience with the company, receiving the wrong items, being refused refunds, and facing poor communication. Tadgh Cockcroft did not receive his order and was refused a refund, finding the company to be very unpleasant and unhelpful.
Mixed Feedback on Sizing and Return Policy
David Stewart received an enormous jacket due to incorrect sizing and was not refunded for return postage, advising others to beware of the sizing charts.
