What services are included in the Pet Health Club?
Pet Health Club includes unlimited consultations, annual vaccinations, flea/worm treatments, six-month health checks, and discounts on dental work and neutering. Plus members receive 20% off additional services.
Do you offer 24-hour emergency care?
Pet Health Club Plus members receive 24/7 online and phone veterinary access. For physical emergencies, we recommend contacting the nearest 24-hour veterinary hospital while we provide follow-up care.
How often should pets receive vaccinations?
Core vaccinations require annual boosters. Puppies/kittens need initial courses at 8-9 weeks with second doses 3-4 weeks later. Rabbits should be vaccinated from 8 weeks against Myxomatosis and VHD.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through our secure portal, card payments over the phone, and in-person payments at all four branch locations using card or cash.
Can I order repeat prescriptions online?
Yes, use our Online Shop for Purina and Royal Canin products. For medications, complete our prescription request form or call any branch. Allow 48 hours for processing with payment in advance.
Do you provide home visits for elderly pets?
We offer home euthanasia services. For regular check-ups, our four accessible locations have disabled facilities. Contact your preferred branch to discuss specific mobility requirements for home visits.
