Overall Experience
The majority of customers who have visited Canterbury Motoring World (CMW) have reported positive experiences. Many have praised the professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness of the sales team, including Andrew, Jamie, Aaron, Grant, and Al. They have also appreciated the extensive range of cars available, the smooth and hassle-free sales process, and the excellent customer service provided after the sale.
Examples of Good Practice
Andrew was praised for handling the sale of the Renault Clio smoothly and professionally, and for answering any queries about the car. Jamie and Aaron were thanked for their help in finding the right car and responding to queries. Al, the mechanic, was commended for his knowledge, advice, and help in resolving issues with vehicles. Poor Experience
David Perdigao, however, had a very poor experience with CMW. He reported that two vehicles they viewed and test drove had significant issues, including a low engine oil warning light and a damaged tyre. Despite agreeing to replace the tyre, it was not done, and the customer had to take matters into their own hands to resolve the problem.
