Our Team

Our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet our clients' needs and objectives. Our directors have extensive experience in the construction industry, and they lead our team of chartered quantity surveyors, construction cost consultants, employer's agents, and project managers.

• Darren Kenny BSc(Hons) MRICS: Darren joined the business as a project surveyor and qualified as a Member of the RICS in 1999. He was appointed as an associate partner of Hardy, Hill, Carruth in 2001 and an equity partner of Carruth Marshall Partnership in 2012 and subsequently Marshall Kenny Partnership. Darren has extensive experience in residential, retail, leisure, and commercial projects, mostly in the private sector. He is familiar with most standard forms of contract and methods of procurement and is an experienced Employer's Agent and Project Manager.
