Our team, led by Liz Simpson, MCSP, SRP, MSc, has extensive experience in providing physiotherapy services to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. We use a range of hands-on physiotherapy techniques, including soft tissue and spinal mobilisation, rehabilitation exercises, postural correction, breathing education, kinesiotaping techniques, functional movement analysis, laser therapy, and dry needling. We also offer acupuncture and Pilates sessions, which can be tailored to individual needs and goals.

In addition to our physiotherapy services, we also provide functional nutrition advice and guidance, recognising the importance of optimal gut health, digestion, and nutrient absorption in achieving overall health and wellness. Our approach is centered around empowering our clients with the knowledge and skills needed to take control of their health and fitness, and to make sustainable lifestyle changes that benefit their overall well-being.
