The review starts positively, mentioning that the Head Gardener, Iain, was very helpful with the design and planting of trees. However, it soon turns negative. Despite digging holes for 28 trees and bringing in soil and compost, no discount was offered. The client also paid most of the money upfront, including for the planting of wild flowers, but these failed to thrive due to lack of soil preparation. After weeds took over, the client felt abandoned and had to hire someone else to sort it out.
