Our Products and Services

At Pickford Precast Concrete, we offer a wide range of products, from standard items to bespoke designs. Our product range is classified into three categories: Stone from Stock, Standard, and Semi Standard. We also offer Purpose Made/Bespoke designs, where our in-house design department will work closely with you to create unique cast stone items that meet your specific requirements.

Our Stone from Stock items are manufactured in accordance with our technical specification sheets and are fully cured and available from stock. Standard items are also manufactured in accordance with our technical specification sheets and are either stock items or units that are ready to cast at the first available production slot. Semi Standard items are similar to details within our technical specification sheets but may vary in length or require slight mould adaptation or modification.

We specialise in the Dry Cast and Wet Cast processes. The Dry Cast process enables repetitive elements to be cast in large numbers and very quickly, resulting in an open texture similar to natural stone. This process is commonly used in the house building industry as a cost-effective alternative to natural stone. The Wet Cast process, on the other hand, is used to produce structural products, such as heads and cills, slabs, beams, and other similar products. This process is used for high exposure situations or structural situations where greater loads are required on the finished unit.
