Services
Loft Conversions
We specialise in converting unused loft spaces into functional rooms, including bedrooms, studies, or home cinemas. Our process ensures compliance with building regulations and planning requirements, with a focus on minimising disruption. Clients benefit from fixed-price quotations and a guarantee of quality, backed by over 4,000 completed projects.
Dormer Window Conversion
Dormer conversions create walkable floor space and enhance natural light. We design and construct dormers to harmonise with existing properties, ensuring planning compliance. This option also allows flexible staircase placement, tailored to client needs while maintaining aesthetic consistency with the original building.
VELUX Window Conversion
VELUX conversions utilise roof windows to create rooms where headroom permits, without altering the roof profile. Available in various sizes and finishes, these windows offer practical lighting solutions. We ensure seamless integration with existing structures, prioritising energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal.
Staircases
We design and manufacture bespoke staircases tailored to individual loft layouts. Using CAD software, we optimise space and functionality, even in challenging configurations. Our craftsmen ensure each staircase combines safety, durability, and style, complementing the overall conversion design.
Bespoke Joinery
Our joinery services include custom-built storage solutions, shelving, and cabinetry for converted lofts. Each piece is crafted to match client specifications and existing interiors. We use high-quality materials to ensure longevity and aesthetic cohesion with the propertys design.
