Our team consists of experienced and qualified chartered surveyors, including Jonathan Slater, MA LLB MRICS, and Jonny Wailes, MSc MRICS. Both directors have extensive knowledge and experience in residential valuation work and are RICS registered valuers. They carry out a wide range of residential valuation work, including court-appointed expert witness valuations, work on behalf of receivers, and attending the first-tier tribunal in the field of lease extension and enfranchisement.
