The RICS Level 2 Survey is a detailed inspection of a property designed to provide you with useful information in a format you can easily understand. It is ideally suited for houses built since 1900, which are of conventional construction and in reasonable condition, although in some cases it may be suitable for older properties.
Our Building Surveys are comprehensive inspections, suitable for all property types, but especially recommended for Listed buildings, properties built before 1900, and properties in need of renovation. Our expert surveyors will conduct a detailed examination of all accessible parts of the property, tailored to suit your individual needs and concerns.
