Our roastery is home to a state-of-the-art Giesen W15, capable of roasting a maximum of 15kg per batch. This constraint allows us to meticulously craft each batch, ensuring the utmost care and attention to detail. While some may argue that Italian coffee cannot be classified as specialty, we respectfully disagree.
