All designs are tested on our SWF sampling machine, minimizing the need for back-and-forth logo amendments. We offer unlimited complimentary amendments, as long as the original design remains unchanged. We can provide any file format compatible with your machine, making the transition smooth and hassle-free.

To ensure the best possible results, we only ask for a few key pieces of information: the desired size of the finished design, the type of material the design is being embroidered onto, and the file format compatible with your machine. Our standard lead time is 48 hours, but we are always happy to accommodate clients' preferred timelines, free of charge.
