Terrible Experience
The reviewer, Cathy Thomas, had a horrific experience with these roofers, awarding them a mere 1-star rating. According to Cathy, they are the "worst roofers in Wales" and should not be trusted by anyone who values their sanity or hard-earned cash.
Cathy describes how she wasted tens of thousands of pounds and a decade of her life dealing with the roofer's broken promises and flimsy excuses. Despite the lengthy and expensive ordeal, Cathy finally managed to find another reputable roofer who delivered a water-tight roof, but not before Cathy's patience and patience were exhausted.
Worthless and Unreliable
Cathy is adamant that her negative experience is a warning to others: she explicitly instructs others to "DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!" She is scathing in her criticism, suggesting that the roofers lack professionalism, competence, and integrity.
