Rachel's journey in hairdressing began in 1995, and she quickly became a salon manager and then a salon owner by the age of 21. Driven by a desire to succeed, Rachel spent nearly 15 years living in the Mediterranean, where she specialized in colouring techniques and developed her skills as a colour specialist. After returning to Colchester in 2015, Rachel worked with successful salon groups across Essex before founding Hair Revolution in August 2019. Her mission is to offer excellent hairdressing at realistic prices.
