Negative Comments
The majority of reviewers have had a bleak experience with this resort, describing it as a place where they were not treated fairly, with owners more interested in making a profit than in the well-being of their members. Many have spoken about the poor quality of the accommodation, with some rooms being outdated and not fit for purpose. There have also been complains about staff being unhelpful and the lack of transparent communication regarding changes to the resort's policies.
One reviewer, Nigel Gough, mentioned that the staff are just after making money and that there are better places to spend it. Chris Flower, who has been a member for over 20 years, described the experience as "shocking", saying that they have lost 12 weeks over the years due to incompetencies and have been misled about the quality of the properties. Wendy Joyce, another long-time member, was disappointed with the accommodation and staff, saying that they are reluctant to invest again.

Unfortunately, there were no glowing praise about the service, amenities, or value from the majority of the reviewers. However, a few reviewers had a pleasant experience, praising the grounds, the staff's helpfulness, and the pleasant atmosphere.
