Christopher Lee

Christopher Lee, our Building Surveyor - Director, has extensive experience in building surveying, having graduated in 1996. Chris has worked with high street retailers, providing bespoke advice on all things property and design. He is a qualified yacht skipper, and enjoys competitive cycling, reluctant marathon running, and driving the school bus.

Walter Mashumba

Walter Mashumba joined Lucas Lee in 2018 as a Quantity Surveyor, having had a varied career as a Motor Mechanic, Taping Jointer/Plasterer, and studying Construction and Property at Salford University. Walter enjoys watching football, especially Arsenal, and spending time with his four girls.

Matthew MacWhirter

Matthew MacWhirter is currently studying to become Chartered and is an experienced Building Surveyor. Matt enjoys sports and snowboarding, and is an asset to our team.

Danielle Horsfall

Danielle Horsfall joined Lucas Lee in 2013 and is our Office Manager. Danielle enjoys keeping fit and socialising with a G&T (or two)!

Siaf Millar

Siaf Millar is our accounts manager and ensures the smooth running of our business.

Eloise Riva

Eloise Riva joined the team as an apprentice in early September 2020. Eloise supports Huddersfield Town and loves socialising, baking, and spending time with her family.

James Davies

James Davies has recently joined the Lucas Lee team from Bellrock Group as an Associate Building Surveyor. James is a Chartered Surveyor and has extensive experience in the Education, Commercial, Civic and Residential sectors. James is currently awaiting the RICS EWS Part 2 course result and has been working within the fire safety sector for a number of years completing EWS1 inspections.
