I used Smiley Building Services, to undertake structural steel work, installation of a kitchen tiling complete with the underfloor heating throughout the ground floor of the house, along with lighting and decorating. I found them to be excellent in terms of quality of work, responsive and helpful. The work was conducted professionally, timely and with quality, within budget, and commentary and advice given throughout the project and beyond. I would not hesitate to use them again....
