Our dental practice, located at 6 Grange Road West, Jarrow, NE32 3JA, is equipped with five modern and fully equipped dental surgeries, staffed by a dedicated team of dental professionals.

NHS Treatments
We offer a range of NHS treatments for patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, fillings, and extractions. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality dental care, and we are proud to be a part of the NHS.
Private Treatments
In addition to NHS treatments, we also offer a range of private dental treatments, including tooth whitening, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry. Our team of experienced dental professionals will work with you to find the best solution for your individual needs and budget.
Dental Care Plan
We offer a Dental Care Plan, which is a simple and hassle-free solution for your dental care needs. For a monthly fee, collected by direct debit, our plan covers the required dental examinations, scale and polish, preventative treatment, and x-rays that any dental care member requires for the year.
Opening Hours
We are open Monday from 9am to 7.30pm, and Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 5.00pm. We are closed for lunch every day from 1.15pm to 2.00pm. For emergency dental care outside of these hours, please call our practice number and follow the instructions provided.

- Mr Ian Davies GDC No. 74386: Born in Glasgow and raised in Lanark, Ian trained as a dentist in Newcastle, where he has worked in a hospital and practice-based training scheme, gaining valuable experience in various specialised areas. He has been part of the Grange Road team since 1998, combined with part-time work within Newcastle Dental hospital as the lead clinician within the General Practice Suite from 2000 to 2004. Ian and Louise Ward became business partners in 2011. He is a member of the South Tyneside Oral Health Improvement Group and is committed to improving the oral health of the people of Jarrow and its surrounding communities.
