Experience the Art of Used Car Buying

At The Littlebury Hotel, we have been providing hospitality in Bicester, Oxfordshire for over 60 years. Established in 1959 by Rose & Malachy McKeon, the hotel has grown from a humble home to a large, well-appointed hotel, with 35 en-suite bedrooms, lounge bar, conference facilities, beautiful gardens, and a large private car park. We take pride in the personal attention and service we offer our guests. Our hotel is family-owned and run, which means you will always see familiar faces together with new and enthusiastic staff members.

Our History

The Littlebury Hotel was established in 1959 by Malachy and Rose McKeon. Malachy, whose family were merchants from Drogheda in Ireland, met Rose in 1947 whilst driving for the Central Ordnance depot just outside Bicester. Rose, who had come to the area as an evacuee from London in 1940, was working as a welfare officer for the depot. They married in 1950 and in 1953 took over the Rose and Crown public house in Bicester. Six years later they bought Littlebury House and converted it into a hotel.
