The company failed to deliver on their promises, taking over a month to start working on tasks that needed attention. When someone finally visited the location, they were told that the problems needed fixing, but it would take another month for an appointment to be booked. Despite this, the company failed to show up for the scheduled appointment and later claimed that the job had been passed back due to missed appointments, despite being the ones who missed the deadline and failed to contact the customer.
