Our multi-disciplinary team, comprising architects, interior architects, and interior designers, collaborates on detailed design development. This stage involves preparing and producing spatial layouts, lighting and electrical designs, wall and floor finishes, joinery, specification choices, CGIs, visual presentations, mood boards, and curated sample trays containing proposed finishes. Our clients actively contribute to this iterative process, engaging with us in a holistic and tactile manner.

Micasa's team oversees the management and execution of the entire project, guiding it from design concept to reality. We ensure that designs conceptualised on paper are accurately translated on-site, adhering to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

Poor Customer Service and Unprofessionalism
Several customers have reported poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from Mi Casa's staff. One reviewer, Cm Mkcs, was put on hold and then told that there was no one available to come out for a consultation or to take measurements. Another reviewer, Mrs. D, had a similar experience, being left on hold and then being called back by Priti, who was preoccupied with talking to someone else in the office. Additionally, F. O. S. reported that the company is chaotic and disorganized, with owners who are rude and arrogant.
Quality Issues and Overpriced Products
Several reviewers have also reported issues with the quality of the products and services provided by Mi Casa. Shelly Stevensen and F. O. S. both reported receiving low-quality goods at extortionate prices, while Archi Blogger claimed that the company is only interested in making money and doesn't care about providing a good service. Serena Shah, on the other hand, had a positive experience with the company, but even she noted that the products were picked out from budget suppliers that were presented as luxury.
