Michael founded the company in 1980 and spent 40 years developing and managing MDFM according to his own impeccably high standards. His professionalism, honesty, understanding, and humility established a precedent for the firm, which continues to thrive.

*John Davey, Managing Director*

John joined the firm in 1998, bringing with him experience from the investment and marketing department at Guinness Flight (now Investec). As Managing Director, John oversees the company's management and development. He also advises clients on their financial planning and remains responsible for MDFM's Investment Management proposition, guiding asset allocation and fund selection decisions with over 30 years of industry expertise.
