Our History

Swift Digital was founded in December 1991 by Tony Evans, who is still at the helm today as our Managing Director. Over the years, we have expanded our portfolio of services to include a comprehensive range of document management systems, including solutions for photocopying, faxing, scanning, emailing, and network printing. At the heart of our ethos is a commitment to providing truly personal customer service, which is reflected in our long-standing relationships with many of our clients.

Meet the Team

• Tony Evans, Managing Director: With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Tony is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and ensures that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.
• Phillip Evans, Accountant: As a co-founding member of Swift Digital, Phillip has direct responsibility for the company's finances and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
• Andy Pople, Service Manager: With over 25 years' experience in the field, Andy is responsible for ensuring that our service department is always responsive to the needs of our clients.
• Sue Jaquerod, Office Manager: Sue brings a wealth of experience in customer service to Swift Digital and is dedicated to ensuring that our contracts and credit control are always well-managed.
• Len Alleyne, IT and Managed Print Services Consultant: Len brings a wealth of IT experience to Swift Digital and is responsible for delivering long-term relationships with our clients.
• Annette Gridelet, Quality Assurance Manager: Annette is responsible for ensuring that our quality control processes are maintained across all departments and is constantly in contact with clients to ensure that service calls to machines are met within the 2-4 hour response levels.
• Ben Jefcoate, Senior Network Solutions Engineer: Ben has over 15 years' experience in document solutions and information technology and heads up our newly formed print and document solutions division.
