Positive Feedback
We moved house on Friday and I can't recommend JPAK enough. From my first contact with Anne everything was excellent. The guys on the day were absolutely amazing. We moved from a top flat and they safely moved all our furniture. They were all so friendly as helpful. John, Ross and Pete must have been exhausted after all the stairs in the flat. JPAK definitely took all stress out of moving house. I would not hesitate in recommending to friends.
Negative Feedback
Removals company that doesn't insure electrical goods. So unless you are Amish and have no electrical goods look elsewhere. They asked for more money after the furniture was on their lorry and not everything made it to the destination. Broke our Washing Machine during the move, then said they were not Insured for Electrical Goods. Never told us this prior to booking the move and we never signed anything regarding this. So be careful, when I tried to take the matter further, emails were ignored. Provided pictures of the damage and only wanted to claim for the Reconditioned Machine we bought as a replacement, to me very unfair.
