David the Box Office Steward at Wembley was a delight to talk to, as he guided Elizabeth Bennett on her way into the Garbage concert. He was a pleasure to meet and she was very thankful for his help as a solo traveller. He also helped her navigate ready for home time.

Rebecca Hall had a massive thank you to Dave, a steward at Wembley, who helped them and was such a lovely guy making their evening such a success. Sam Ahmad and his family also had a great experience with David and Darren, the box office Stuarts, who were very polite and professional. They made his family feel very welcome and were the face of OVO Wembley, making customers like them want to come back.

However, not all experiences were positive. Wazza Dvb felt that the company used to be good but now treats staff who give their all for them in a disgusting manner. Aaliyah Davids had a bad experience when she reached out on behalf of a client, hoping to negotiate a collaboration with one of their clients, but they were not bothered and were impolite about it. Saad Sayeed found this agency to be the worst, and would give it a zero star. They had no start and end finish on portal, which made it confusing when booking a shift. Seventh Blessing also had a terrible experience with the company, and wished they had a transcription service to show the call they had with head office, which was absolutely disgraceful.

Dominic Francis found the stewards to be the worst he has ever experienced at football, with consistently insightful comments. Vee E. E. found the company to be the worst to work for, underpaid, overworked, and not making ends meet on a 0-hour contract. Karl Stringer had a great experience working for the company, but had to leave due to needing full-time work. Rose Water found the company to be unresponsive, as she had been calling their phone for three weeks with no response. N. X. had a great experience with the company, as they offered full-time work during uncertain times and had a fantastic team to work with.

Christian Otoo found the company to be untrustworthy, as they would cancel shifts without any reason. Mary Cole loved working for Centre Circle, as they helped her have more faith in herself in the workplace. Matthew Rhucroft had a terrible experience, as he was locked in a car park with no warning and couldn't contact anyone. Joyce Graham found the security with stewards to be trained to the very best levels, and everyone was treated the same from the beginnings to the pinnacle of their level at all aspects of their employment.
