Our History

Coolfix Ltd was founded in March 2011 by Lewis Pickup, who brought with him a wealth of experience in various positions within other companies. Lewis has been working on refrigeration equipment, from ice machines to large commercial cold rooms, since he started his career. In May 2011, Glenn Fitzsimmons joined the company as a partner in the business. Glenn has been in the refrigeration industry since leaving school in 1989 and has gained extensive experience in all aspects of refrigeration. Despite the economic downturn, the partnership managed to grow the business rapidly by providing excellent service and competitive prices. Each year, we have expanded our client base, and our workforce now includes seven fully stocked vans on the road.
