Quality of Service
The quality of service at this salon has been a major point of contention among customers. While some reviewers have reported positive experiences, others have been severely disappointed. Esosa Aibangbee was unhappy with the service she received, stating that there was a misunderstanding about what she wanted, and that her weave was not washed as promised. W. Upendo J. had an even more extreme experience, with her mother leaving the salon with bald patches. Haircare and Style
