Both Angus Reid and Robert Cowan have had disastrous experiences with this accounting firm. Criticism of Professionalism, Responsiveness and overall Service Quality are chief amongst the complaints.
Inaccuracies and Unprofessionalism
Angus Reid's account highlights numerous mistakes made by the firm, including errors on his VAT return, resulting in an overspend of over 2000. The firm's accountants were uncooperative when he tried to resolve the issue, with one even sending a derogatory email and threatening to report Angus to the VAT authorities. Similarly, Robert Cowan's review raises concerns about the firm's professionalism, with the accountants being "rude" and "unprofessional". Both clients were left feeling frustrated and abandoned.
Avoid at All Costs
Both reviews strongly advise against using this accounting firm, with Angus going so far as to declare it an "absolute disgrace to the industry". Robert's review is equally scathing, stating that the firm is "avoid at all costs".
