Ordering and Delivery
Some customers have experienced good service with regards to ordering and delivery. For example, Khat Mamaniat and Ammaarah Bakker both received their products quickly and efficiently, with good communication throughout the process. On the other hand, Richard Badcock and Magdalena Hoinka had poor experiences with ordering and delivery. Richard's order was cancelled without notice, and he was told it would take over a month to receive his product after placing a new order. Magdalena's faulty dining table was not replaced despite her efforts to claim.
Quality of Products
Most customers have been pleased with the quality of the products they received. Ammaarah Bakker described the mattress she ordered as "like sleeping on clouds" and Hazel praised the quality of the mattresses she received. However, Magdalena Hoinka had a poor experience with a faulty dining table.
Customer Service
Benjamin Stones commended the website for providing a good selection of products at cheap prices without compromising on quality. Fank Palian praised the friendly and helpful staff at the company. On the other hand, Richard Badcock and Magdalena Hoinka had negative experiences with the customer service. Richard was told that the company never bothered to try and phone or send a second email after cancelling his order. Magdalena was not able to get her faulty dining table replaced.
Physical Store
Aa Hotel Inspector visited the physical store and found it to be a postbox, telephone, and desk in an old rundown warehouse being used by several companies. This suggests that the company may not have a physical store or showroom.
