All our employees have completed four-year apprenticeships, with many graduates staying with the company as qualified tradesmen.

Our company's long-standing prominence in the LCA has greatly contributed to the creation of the UK's quality control manual for leadwork. Moreover, we are in active discussions with Historic Environment Scotland about establishing a new training program for heritage leadwork.
