Experience with Lawnmower Service
The lawnmower service provided by the company has been met with mixed reviews. One customer, Kelvin Hamilton, had a poor experience with the service, citing poor communication and a lack of updates on the status of his lawnmower. Despite dropping off the lawnmower in early May, he did not receive any updates until he called the company himself, and was eventually told that the repair would cost 170 without being informed of the extent of the work required.
Communication Issues
Communication appears to be a significant issue with the company, as Kelvin Hamilton's experience was marred by a lack of updates and consultation on the repair cost. This has led to disappointment and frustration for the customer.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some customers have reported excellent service and communication from the company. Colin Beacom also had a positive experience, ordering a Silky saw over the phone on a Friday and receiving it in the post the next morning.
